Quotas vary greatly and have a lot of dependencies but aren't usually too high. I've never seen less than 30% of a team make quota, and I have seen years where more like 80% make quota. Leaders are generally very good.

Sales are declining and more changes expected. Highly competitive space across several lines of business but Cisco will always remain relevant with customers.
