Mixed experience. Vision to become a security saas company is strong and Cisco is well regarded in the network space and is able to leverage those relationships. I’m concerned with the strategy of the security sales leadership as there were several reports the last 2 years and many good sales people were let go as a result or choose to leave for competitors.

cisco is the 600lb gorilla in the room. everyone is a competitor or a frenemy. with that being said, the sales cultural is supportive and transparent. every company has bodies and i do believe some processes here are redundant or broken. we have managed to stay afloat all these years and hopefully will make the proper acquisitions to move into more recurring software...Read More
