cisco is the 600lb gorilla in the room. everyone is a competitor or a frenemy. with that being said, the sales cultural is supportive and transparent. every company has bodies and i do believe some processes here are redundant or broken. we have managed to stay afloat all these years and hopefully will make the proper acquisitions to move into more recurring software and ARR.

Culturally Cisco is one of the best companies to work for. As a sales rep, you can have fantastic years; as long as you have good management, you will feel appreciated.
