Good company to work for, however frequent layoffs create a constant level of stress that makes it difficult to continue doing your job well. Newer AM's are under-trained, and working remotely doesn't work for many of them as they are undertrained and overpaid for their ability to sell well

Awesome company. sub-standard pay. Best in the industry culture. However, shift in leadership creating a lot of confusion on the strategic direction of the company.
