The new leadership from Palo Alto is out of touch with the real challenges sellers are facing. Lots of layoffs. Plus they changed the commission structure to make it mods difficult to hit accelerators (which was the best part about working at Cisco).

Layoffs upon layoffs. This used to be the best place to work now literally everyone I talk to is fearful of losing their jobs. Chuck and the rest of the ELT have to bend the knee to the board and it’s shown through the company’s morale.
