Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Layoffs upon layoffs. This used to be the best place to work now literally everyone I talk to is fearful of losing their jobs. Chuck and the rest of the ELT have to bend the knee to the board and it’s shown through the company’s morale. The market is way more competitive than we are and actually enhance their technology to fit customers needs, whereas we’re always playing catchup. Feels like we’re the most, if not most, expensive option for a client without good reasoning. Messy messaging around AI and what that ACTUALLY means for our customers best interest. GSX, the annual sales conference in Vegas was fun, but there was this air of exhaustion and fatigue throughout everyone’s attitudes. My interpretation: people are tired of being sold this story without evidence as to how we’re “better together”.
