for the most part I enjoyed my time at Cisco, managers were reliable and had your back, co-workers as well, upper management however tended to have big ideas but no real way to implement them. Which meant it fell to us to implement it. The phrase building the plane as it was flying comes to mind.

culture and leadership has gone downhill in the past 6 months, extremely high pressure to get deals in and they moved us to a new commission structure with decelerator until you hit 50%.
