culture and leadership has gone downhill in the past 6 months, extremely high pressure to get deals in and they moved us to a new commission structure with decelerator until you hit 50%.

Culturally Cisco is one of the best companies to work for. As a sales rep, you can have fantastic years; as long as you have good management, you will feel appreciated. Overall good experience. The goals can flex up and down depending on how the company is performing. Which means some years will be good in sales and some years can be difficult.
