Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Culturally Cisco is one of the best companies to work for. As a sales rep, you can have fantastic years; as long as you have good management, you will feel appreciated. The main negative with Cisco's sales organization is how they hand down quotas. Not every team gets the same growth+ number which causes some weird conversations with teams getting goal reductions and blowing their number year over year. At the same time, you have some account teams with 30% growth and struggling to get to 90% of the quota. Most reps will experience sales in cycles which is expected, but I have seen reps with double-digit growth not accomplish quota. At the same time, I have never seen a work-life balance quite like it, so it depends on what you are after. Browse Other Reviews
