My overall experience was good. Cintas has a great culture. They promote from within and there were only great people that worked there. The benefits and pay are great. There is endless opportunity for new prospects.

Great company to start a sales career and learn how to prospect, build a funnel, and close deals quick. Definitely a grind, good upward mobility if successful, looks good on a resume. Staying in front line role for more than a few years would likely lead to complacency and burnout.

Local management is everything and is why I stayed as long as I did. Systems and processes are out of date and executives are slow to change. Lots of cold calling and door knocking, products are overpriced compared to competitors in the space so you are constantly either sacrificing commission or sales.
