Cintas is not a company that makes goals attainable. Each year they make things harder and never reevaluate. Managers turn quickly and there isn’t as much support as they market to new hires .

Great leadership and a world class training program. Many reps are new graduates, low base but a good earning potential for those who crush it. It’s fast paced with a short sales cycle, expected to sell 3-5 new accounts a week.
