One of the most frustrating aspects of my experience was that I was only ever given the "best-case scenario" vision of the job. During the interview and onboarding process, I was told about a dynamic and supportive work environment, ample opportunities for growth, and a well-structured path forward. However, once I started, I quickly realized that the day-to-day reality was much more challenging than what had been painted.

Great leadership and a world class training program. Many reps are new graduates, low base but a good earning potential for those who crush it. It’s fast paced with a short sales cycle, expected to sell 3-5 new accounts a week.
