Great leadership and a world class training program. Many reps are new graduates, low base but a good earning potential for those who crush it. It’s fast paced with a short sales cycle, expected to sell 3-5 new accounts a week.

The base is very low for a company this size. The culture can be cult like. The systems in place are ancient and tedious. What keeps you here is the flexibility you have and the benefits.

If you’re wanting to make 60k after taxes by working fairly hard and also have plenty of flexibility to run your work week how you want, then this is for you. If you have higher aspirations then I suggest looking elsewhere.
