Certinia has been under pressure from competitors, and the market is responding as if it's a nice-to-have solution. There is no inbound interest upmarket, and the Salesforce channel has become harder to grow pipeline within. It's a challenging time to be a seller here.

My immediate team had very little diversity (zero). Little interaction with other teams so tough to say if it was isolated or not.

I sold a TON of software while I was there but the problem was the product didn’t work!! Also, Salesforce would actively block you from selling into accounts AND they have competing products. Not a good relationship
