As a former SDR at Ceros, I joined with high hopes, but the team culture was underwhelming. While the company promotes a collaborative environment, I often found it lacking in support and transparency. Communication was frequently disjointed, making it challenging to work effectively across departments. Despite the potential of the platform, the complexity of the product and the high costs overshadowed any positive aspects. Overall, I struggled to find a sense of belonging and purpose during my time at Ceros.
