Stay away from this place. The leadership is shotgun approach, continuously changing, and without any meaningful investment in training new reps. Less than half reach close to quota. Leadership is politically focused.

Dayforce has been a great to me and while there has been a tremendous about of change in my time here, for the most part I have really enjoyed my time. It's a hard job but the best product in the market and you can make great money if you work hard and sell the right way.
