Good company but the turnover rate in sales is extremely concerning.

Very cut-throat environment where reps needed to watch fellow reps as much if not more than competitors. Daily 1:1 meetings with sales management to discuss opportunity pipeline. Very high turnover rate with little collaboration between reps.
