Very cut-throat environment where reps needed to watch fellow reps as much if not more than competitors. Daily 1:1 meetings with sales management to discuss opportunity pipeline. Very high turnover rate with little collaboration between reps.

Lumen had its challenges. In my three years there, I worked under two big-league CEOs, both completely different from the other. I saw many upper management walk out the door in my first year.
