Lumen had its challenges. In my three years there, I worked under two big-league CEOs, both completely different from the other. I saw many upper management walk out the door in my first year. I shuold have taken the hint. The problem with Lumen is that it only focused on networking/ISP. It's now trying to catch up with IT companies as an MSP. Their revenue has dried up, so they are trying to shift to a genuine IT company. The problem is that they are 10 years behind and still playing catch up.

My overall experience was good, the culture and people are great and it is a great strating sales role although very difficult to grow. Large company which has a process for everything and is pretty organized in this way.
