Overall experience was poor. Leadership is inexperienced. Lack of direction and favoritism compounds the issue. Didn't see anyone hit their number in my time of employment.

Very positive overall. I've learned 5-10 years worth of sales knowledge/experiences in 2-3 years. Leadership has a strong background in the space and pushes reps to be the best version possible. Great experience throughout my time at Center as an IC. Great leadership from direct managers, through CRO, up to CEO. Very confident in the vision of the company for both the short and long term. Good reps get paid. Inbound leads are distributed equitably. No micromanaging. Clients love the software in a competitive market.
