Great experience throughout my time at Center as an IC. Great leadership from direct managers, through CRO, up to CEO. Very confident in the vision of the company for both the short and long term. Good reps get paid. Inbound leads are distributed equitably. No micromanaging. Clients love the software in a competitive market.

Overall, the company is a mess. The CRO has never been in sales. Leadership has zero back bone and does not care about your professional growth. They are also extremely unprofessional and display blatant favoritism. Product is not competitive in the market and quotas are unattainable and unrealistic.
