There's opportunity to make money but leadership is micromanaging. Emphasis on KPIs and process but not enough training provided or enablement provided.

A lot of pressure to make dials and the sales process doesn't work. Pay is good but there is high burnout due to stress. No collaboration among the team because of a culture of fear.
