Current Employee Really good place to get your feet wet in sales, particularly as a younger person. I have witnessed 18 year olds almost crack 6 figures if they put in the work and grind and follow the system. Solid room for growth but it takes a while to move up the ranks and if you go into management you have to be willing to relocate. The pay for that is not much better if not occasionally worse than what you can make as a consultant. The next step from there w regards to sales would be Location General Manager, or LGM, and those posts are usually held for 10 years plus. I cannot speak for other department mobility. All and all a great company I feel I have just outgrown it also want to pivot to more B2B and also reclaim my weekends.
