Great company. Unfortunate layoff ended my time there. Despite being a quota attainer, I was laid off. Very disappointing.

I actually loved the remote, pretty much all inbound work at Calendly. The product is amazing and helps sell itself. Leadership in sales was hit or miss and I believe they generally over hired in the last year, as they just had another round of layoffs. It got hard to hit quota when goals were too high and pipeline too low.

The soul has been sucked out of this sales organization. You don’t want to be an AE here right now while they struggle to figure out a PLG to sales led motion that functions effectively.
