Roller coaster of emotions. Great product to sell. Great people at the org. Last year was a great year and the sales team was winning and happy. Leadership decided to make a lot of changes this year which completely changed things. Changed comp plan, increased quota. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it!

Lots of potential but revolving door with leadership and each new leader does a fruitbasket turnover instead of trying to isolate issues and optimize existing structure, processes, people etc.
