The soul has been sucked out of this sales organization. You don’t want to be an AE here right now while they struggle to figure out a PLG to sales led motion that functions effectively. Multiple rounds of layoffs, dishonest and manipulative leadership, lack of experienced operators as mid line managers. Massive disconnect between top leadership and boots on the ground - vision is good from the CRO but the execution of that vision is abysmal.

Started out great, however as many people have mentioned here, leadership has no pulse on the actual environment and makes constant knee jerk decisions that affect the sales team horrendously. Regardless of performance numerous reps were let go without any communication prior to the layoff.

Great company. Unfortunate layoff ended my time there. Despite being a quota attainer, I was laid off. Very disappointing.
