Back to ReviewsFormer Employee I worked on the commercials sales side for just under 13 years - a lot of changes in the go to market strategy during that time, with the last being layoffs for majority of Sales Executive roles targeting emerging and mid-size companies in their aligned territories. This is a hunter role with territory alignment but they can't seem to get the right attainable accounts. Their layoff decisions were to be more strategic in the customers they engage with, I.e. having SDR and Portfolio Executives handle the small customers, and Senior Sales / Strategic Sales focusing on Mid-Market and Enterprise level accounts. I had 3 territory changes in the 4 years that they created the new strategy, I was able to still double my goals every year, even with a constant moving target. Browse Other Reviews
