My experience at this company is overall good, I love the culture and leadership they have to offer in office. Not a lot of room for growth and too much change has happened in the past year at the company for me to grow in my position. There has been dock in pay even though our stock has been thriving since Q1. I've been trained well but communication between branches is toxic and not very team like.

There is a constant disconnect between compensation and organizations goals to please wall street. This causes a ditch to ditch result year after year and high performing individuals to not reach quotas due to the accounts they are assigned
