All in all, its fine. Comp is fine. Leadership is pretty great. Upward mobility is stifled and the operations team leaves a ton to be desired.

Company is still setup on the good ole boy system. Takes forever to get clear explanations whenever there is any gray areas( anything sales related). Overall the job could be so much better with some basics tweaks.

Another company I thought was good until I was laid off. Can't fault them too much as covid was coming. Ive heard that this company sold to another so not sure if they are even around anymore.
