All in all, its fine. Comp is fine. Leadership is pretty great. Upward mobility is stifled and the operations team leaves a ton to be desired.

Super sales focused. Aggressive sales team and leadership. Great type A reps do well. Pay could be improved for the grinder that this job becomes. If you do well it’s a fun environment. All territories aren’t filled with opportunity and can limit your success level.

Another company I thought was good until I was laid off. Can't fault them too much as covid was coming. Ive heard that this company sold to another so not sure if they are even around anymore.
