My overall experience was good for 4 years as I was learning as a sales person. They do well at coaching and there are a lot of great people in the company willing to help! The con of Bullhorn is they pay well under the average for a tech sales role and you take on a whole lot of responsibilities. Great place to work, poor to make real money.

This is a good place if you are starting your journey in Tech SaaS, however, if you are looking to grow and develop in a more senior role, probably not the place for you.

Good company to work for, good culture. leadership and collaboration. Some of the sales leaders I worked for were second to none and I've stayed in touch since leaving.
