Good company to work for, good culture. leadership and collaboration. Some of the sales leaders I worked for were second to none and I've stayed in touch since leaving. As a sales person, they have great products and a great product fit. There is a really strong lead flow, all reps have packed pipelines of qualified, good opportunities. I would definitely recommend Bullhorn to any of my network looking for a great company to work for, great product-market fit, and the potential to earn a significant amount of money!

My overall experience was good for 4 years as I was learning as a sales person. They do well at coaching and there are a lot of great people in the company willing to help! The con of Bullhorn is they pay well under the average for a tech sales role and you take on a whole lot of responsibilities. Great place to work, poor to make real money.
