The sales department culture is the best of anywhere I've been (comparing this to 7 different sales orgs). No one is out for themselves. A true team mentality. And it's starts from the top-down. Very rare! The sales managers are super committed to the success of every rep on their team. I've witnessed them working at all hours to help support their reps.

Working at BuildOps has been an incredible journey. The sales org here is by far the best I've ever been a part of. From the dedicated SDRs to the VPs who lead by example, the leadership and teamwork are outstanding. The product itself is best in class and truly makes a difference for our clients. This company is a rocketship, and I'm thrilled to be on board!
