Awful place to work, no problem treating employees unfairly or poorly. Sales leadership wants to see you fail. I've seen them take deals from reps for flimsy reasons again and again. The AE who prospects the most is given performative punishments and more work, while leadership will give your hard earned leads away to others since they don't have anything and can't be bothered to prospect. Territories constantly change so good luck getting traction in your patch. Leadership will lie to your face about compensation and commissions.

Company hired up post PE infusion of cash, missed their first half with existing reps, projected to miss second half and decided to let go of cohort hired during expansion while still in ramp period. Sales management was weak and company has little to no vision or experience building saas company.
