Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Many changes are occurring at the company, including a new CRO and leadership changes. Also, with a new consumption-based approach, we're asked to sell net new, onboard, and drive spending simultaneously. Additionally, we went through a riff about six months back, and many SDRs were laid off. We have little/no SDR support, and our marketing team is not generating enough inbound leads. This means it's up to us to generate new opps in addition to sales, implementation, etc. I hope we're headed in the right direction with a new CRO, but we'll need to wait and see.
