Many changes are occurring at the company, including a new CRO and leadership changes. Also, with a new consumption-based approach, we're asked to sell net new, onboard, and drive spending simultaneously. Additionally, we went through a riff about six months back, and many SDRs were laid off. We have little/no SDR support, and our marketing team is not generating enough inbound leads. This means it's up to us to generate new opps in addition to sales, implementation, etc. I hope we're headed in the right direction with a new CRO, but we'll need to wait and see.

Great product and good differentiation but the rest of the market is closing the gap. Poor GTM execution for creating market awareness. Very few opportunities for training and development in your role.

Good product with really solid functionality and a market that is ripe for change. Product market fit depends on segment, finding our stride is some areas.
