During my time at Brandlive, I was given a ton of opportunity and experiences I wouldn't have received anywhere else. It set me up to be a successful enterprise seller. At the time, base compensation and OTE was below industry average. Not sure if it's increased since then.

Product is really innovative and best-in-class compared to other companies in the space, marketing is very junior and they haven't found their fit yet. Sales Management is excellent and customers are fans of the product/company.

Management needs a total overhaul. QA the product fully before a release.
