Things started out and were amazing here for a bit. But then the demand for the product dwindled. Leadership over spent on pointless things. Then they cut over half of the people. We were up to 170 + people, now they are around 80.

Product market fit is spot on. It’s a great product to sell that is innovative and ready for enterprise scalability that lends to a positive land and expand model. Wonderful delivery team and lots of opportunity to add additional services to support the goals of each customer.

Product is really innovative and best-in-class compared to other companies in the space, marketing is very junior and they haven't found their fit yet. Sales Management is excellent and customers are fans of the product/company.
