At the time, base compensation and OTE was below industry average. Not sure if it's increased since then.

Former Employee1.7Jun 16, 2023Things started out and were amazing here for a bit. But then the demand for the product dwindled. Leadership over spent on pointless things. Then they cut over half of the people. We were up to 170 + people, now they are around 80.

Wonderful delivery team and lots of opportunity to add additional services to support the goals of each customer.
