Not great not bad, so many changes to the Commercial org within the first year along with constant changes in leadership make it hard to keep focused. Not too many reps hitting quota or near hitting quota along a rolling 30 window of reps getting PIP'd.

This company is volatile and they have surprise layoffs frequently. They are very internally disorganized and it hurt the earning and promotion potential of many employees.
