Bittersweet experience. Great tech stack, good leadership team, good amount of inbound. That said, lot of the inbound is poor quality.

Boomi used to be great, both as a product and company. As a product they haven’t kept up, and lost their appeal compared to MuleSoft, Workato and Microsoft. My overall experience was mediocre at best. High turn over rate made it extremely hard to cultivate collaborative relationships in the company. There was no clear and direct communication, transparency and/or accountability from SLT during my time spent at Boomi.

It's really hard to explain how unstable things are at Boomi. Unless you are ok with weekly shakeups and change without the ability to just do your job then this place isn't for you. The culture has been totally destroyed.
