Francisco Partners and the board have failed to approve an achievable AOP in 18 months. 5 CMO's and 5 CFO's in 5 years. No leads, marketing is a disaster, and too many reps. Multiple RIF's in last 12 months, targeting every department. Incredible integration product, but 80% of the company revenue is tied to integration. No other products on the horizon to help upsell/cross-sell. New leadership filling new senior executive roles with friends/competitor poaching, but in hiring freeze for all IC roles.
