No collaboration, other departments blamed for lack of sales accountability, no sales strategy from leadership. No account planning. Seems to be a travel show by the ELT who deliver no vision no direction. Definite nose dive since leaving Dell.

Current Employee2.3Jun 29, 2023Boomi was a great company to work for until recently. There used to be a ton of inbound leads but they have over hired and flooded the territory with reps. The compensation plans are great though but it’s getting more challenging to hit your number.
