PE owned with lots of turnover and change of leadership which leads to change of priorities and expectations based on limited understanding of what does and does not need fixed. Opportunity to make great money is there but sadly it’s only a small % of those close to hitting or exceeding their numbers

Boomi was a great company to work for until recently. There used to be a ton of inbound leads but they have over hired and flooded the territory with reps. The compensation plans are great though but it’s getting more challenging to hit your number.
