Sales Leadership was sorely lacking. Little support internally to compete for deals. Good base salary. Territory shifted 3 times in 22 months. Not enough time to work deals and establish relationships.

This company is ran by middle managers who are micromanaging and lack any empathy. Products are old and non competitive. Slow to pay expenses.
