Blend was a great place to sell until competitors caught up and the economic environment changed. Then leadership went away from their success and it became very difficult to continue bringing in new logos

The company culture took a hit after the 8th RIF. Blend's market penetration is high so we need to lean on our clients to continue to build revenue.

overall experience has been pretty bad. There is no training or enablement to help new reps get ramped up and set up for success.
