BHN wasn't a super dynamic place to spend time. Their products lacked innovation and future proofing, the senior leadership in the commerce area is anachronistic, and product set lagging behind the competition. Legal/compliance/ops were often times considered the sales prevention team.

Would not recommend BHN Rewards to anyone looking for a SaaS role. Poor leadership, advancement is based on nepotism and not merit. Unrealistic goals that set you up to fail, while micromanaging you against these goals constantly.
