Conservative outbound approach so reliant on marketing for inbound leads. Trade off for working with large organisation, will be paid similar bonus year on year.

Deal flow is limited however due to the size of the TAM and length of contracts for these types of end to end solutions. Long sales cycles, and brutal RFPs.
