Impossible to reach quota, CRO left after less than a year in role, 0% of AEs have reached their yearly quota in 2023, 3rd round of layoff in 16 months. I wouldn’t recommend to join this company.

Unrealistic targets, insanely high KPIs, you will work harder than you ever did before but won’t make a lot of $$s. Market is far to niche to withstand in this current economic climate. Senior Leadership has no idea how to tackle the problems at hand. Layoffs, PIPs and sudden dismissals!
