Unrealistic targets, insanely high KPIs, you will work harder than you ever did before but won’t make a lot of $$s. Market is far to niche to withstand in this current economic climate. Senior Leadership has no idea how to tackle the problems at hand. Layoffs, PIPs and sudden dismissals!
