Current Employee Treated like a number, leadership lacks self-awareness. - You would need to be desperate to accept a job here.
Unless you love to be micromanaged and have new initiatives thrown at you every other day, there are no pros. This has been the worst sales organization that I've sold under.
Every action is micromanaged. Metrics are the only thing that matters, and leadership does not seem to care about their employee's personal lives or health.
Instead of allowing individuals to shine, they try to recreate the process that has proven to have had moderate success at best. You'll have so much time wasted sitting in meetings with nothing to do with you.
