Good product. Demand a lot of activity and the turnover is really high right now but if you put the work in you will be rewarded

The culture has really gone downhill. Only 2 people in the COM segment hit quota and they still do not lower quotas. We continue keep a revolving door of AE's when there is a core of solid AE's that could hit the number but not enough opportunities to go around.
